CRM Software Performance Evaluation

A large Financial institution was rolling out a CRM package to over 2500 employees. The customer was having difficulty with the implementation of test scripts and integration of the new CRM. To compound the difficulty, they were facing a considerably short timeline.

Due Diligence Services

A large financial services firm acquired an enterprise-wide reporting system. The system provided reporting functionality that assisted financial advisors in the field. The client desired a replacement for the system that would continue to provide similar reporting functions using updated technology, and asked Celeritas to interview business users in order to validate the needed system requirements, analyze the results and recommend a product that could replace the reporting system while still providing similar functionality.
The system also had to be compatible with the client's existing technology environment. Celeritas recommended and successfully implemented the new system.

Applications Review

A large, privately owned financial services provider paid a substantial fee to build a new, Internet-based rating engine that clients could access via the Web in order to create policies to insure their franchises. Another outside IT firm had failed in their attempts to build the application and Celeritas was engaged to review requirements, re-architect and develop the application.

Celeritas successfully developed, tested and deployed the application into production, which included building an Intranet version of the application for internal users as well as the Internet version for external clients.
